Great Books
Come into the Library and look at our wonderful collection of chapter books, beginning readers and picture books. Get to know your Librarian.

To search for more, go online to some of these terrific websites that contain booklists of all kinds of subjects.  Some sites are the websites of other libraries, other sites are lists of award winning books such as the Newbery  Medal and the Rhode Island Children’s Book Award (also known as “Rooster Books”). Then check our catalog to see if we own the book/item you want.  If not, or if the item is checked out, request it from another library.

As in most public libraries, our materials our divided by type or reading level.
